The Vitally gray chenille chair is the kind of seat you actually return to. Not because it looks good in the room — though it does — but because it's genuinely comfortable to sit in for long periods. The high-density foam with pocketed coil cushioning supports your weight without compressing flat, so the chair feels the same whether you're sitting in it for twenty minutes or two hours.
Plus, gray chenille is one of the most forgiving fabric choices you can make. It hides light wear, photographs well in any light, and transitions easily between seasons without clashing with your existing decor. Better yet, the curved shape sets it apart from the boxy silhouettes that dominate most accent chair categories — it has a presence in a room that straight-lined chairs simply don't.
Curved Arm Chair Construction
What gives this curved armchair its long-term reliability is the kiln-dried hardwood frame. Kiln drying removes moisture from the wood before it's ever assembled, so the frame won't shift, bow, or loosen as the seasons change. In addition, corner blocked, nailed, and glued joinery ties every joint together permanently — no wobble, no noise, no gradual loosening over time.
Meanwhile, sinuous spring suspension runs through both the seat and back, keeping the cushions evenly supported from edge to edge. Beyond that, the curved armrests and backrest are shaped to follow the natural angle of your arms and spine — so you're not fighting the chair to get comfortable. Now factor in the 100% polyester fiber accent pillow, and you have a chair that holds its own in any room it's placed in.
