At Valley Home Furniture, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly accept an exchange. To qualify, you must present proof of purchase (receipt) and submit your exchange request within 20 days of the purchase date.

Undamaged Returns All undamaged items returned must be in brand new, unused condition — original packaging, no signs of wear or assembly. A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

Mattresses — Final Sale All mattress purchases are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on mattresses under any circumstances.

General Conditions

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 20 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required for all return and exchange requests.
