Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We use secure payment gateways to process payments, but we are not liable for any security breaches of third-party payment processors.

Shipping & Delivery

We are pleased to offer fast delivery and professional installation services for customers located within Los Angeles County. Delivery times and fees for other areas will be calculated at checkout or provided upon request. While we aim for fast delivery, specific delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a standard return policy for furniture items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund a 25% restocking fee will apply  or free exchange if item is defective. Items must be in new, unused condition, and original packaging. Custom-made or special-order items may not be returnable.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Valley Home Furniture, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. Valley Home Furniture, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
